This guy pm me in skype (antonio.railey2) cheated me by saying that he will give me aged amazon accounts (Mturk Account). After i made a payment he went offline. I paid him 0.0144 BTC ($50).Am adding my conversation with him and payment screen shot too.

I'm sorry you were scammed, but you were dealing with someone who joined the forum less than a week ago, who contacted you out of the blue (presumably as he searched the forum for old posts) and he wasn't a Jr VIP (so should not have been selling in the first place). There were a lot of warning signs there.

The rules for WTB and HAF were changed to help reduce the number of scammers / potential scammers.
If people are stupid enough to try to circumvent the system by buying this way, they deserve to be temp banned or given infractions for flouting the rules.
