Best conversion apps and techniques for Shopify?

So I started using Shopify about a month ago, I was using WIX originally but they were so slow!

My store is running well, but not as well as it should be. My abandoned cart rate is immensely high and it's painful to even look at the lost revenue haha.

Searched online for apps that help conversions but the majority of the sites are just promoting their own apps.

Can anyone give me some tips, please?

I'm not with them at all anymore, only using Shopify.
