If you want to rank fast you have to use exactly 3.45% kw density and also use the keyword in meta title/description. That's the only thing that's trendy mate, keyword density used to get punished heavily, but now Panda looks for keywords in the actual content rather than just links and will rank you hihger. Also, the keyword.ico trick is very useful and trendy too
