He contact me via PM and he want to buy Instagram accounts. He pay me $90 for 100 accounts on 29 June and i deliver accounts 30 June. After deliver he contact me 1 july via email said 2 accounts not working he didn't check all. I gave 2-3 days to check. He contact me 2 July that some accounts not working i ask him to send me details. He send me 49 accounts was not working. I replace 49 accounts on 5 july. He contact me again on 5 July and said some of accounts asking phone verification. I ask for list and he send me accounts list on 7 July and rest send on 8 july. I try to verify all accounts but due to accounts banned we didn't verified. During verification i saw some accounts got private and when i check profile URL i saw massive spamming on Instagram. My policy is we don't replace accounts after first login and he always claim he didn't use.
When i saw accounts are used i tell him then he said didn't use accounts and from your side use someone. He ask for refund or replacement . I agree on replacement . He put hold on paypal and agreed to pay when receive replacement. Today he claim paypal for refund and paypal deduct balance from my account. After i try to contact him on whatsapp he block me. He send me message yesterday on Skype but i didn't see my Skype. The whole conversation between us on via PM on BHW , Email, Skype and Whatsapp. I will send all conversation to Mod via PM if needed.

I jumped the gun here - there are PMs in my inbox from @Quorumlab refuting some things.

We typically do not allow conversations via PM when it comes to a SL to keep things transparent so I just responded to him to post here in the thread.

what jokester this seller avoid him at all cost.. i ordered account from him true and paid him diligently through paypal. two weeks passed an no accounts . then when he delivered the accounts 94 percent needed phone verification. 49 were closed immediately. i request him to replace and then another week passed and nothing . three weeks to deliver what other deliver on the same day.

he did not lose a cent of money. the accounts are still in his possession in some in some favela of India. more over his people now haras me via skype and whatsapp
copies of the payments and the reuest form PayPal on the bottom. note the repeated attempts to contact him through PayPal.

SELLER IS LYING. HIS ACCOUNTS WERE ALREADY COMPROMISED AND I REQUESTED THEM TO BE REPLACES. WHICH TOOK HIM ANOTHER WEEK. IN BETWEEN CONVERSATION HE WAS PUSHING THING BACKWARDS TO DELAY MY ABILITY TO REQUEST A PAYPAL REFUND. I HAVE POSTED THE TIMES PAYPAL TRIED TO CONTACT HIM. AND NO RESPONSE. IN THE PRIVATE CONVERSATION ON BHW HE WOULD TAKE THREE OR FOUR DAYS TO RESPOND. SELLER HAS STILL HI ACCOUNTS, UNDER HIS PHONE NUMBER . THE ONLY THING HE IS CONCERNED ABOUT IS HE DOES NOT HAVE MY MONEY ALSO. SELLER IS SLOW AND THREE WEEKS TO DELIVER ACCOUNTS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO EVERYONE HERE ON BHW. MOREOVER HIS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MESSAGING ME AND ADDING MY SKYPE NAME AND HARASSING ME. THAT IS WHY HE IS BLOCKED FROM MY SKYPE

he showed two accounts which he has access to through his India based phone. out of 100 accounts that's all he says? accounts that he has access to with his email and phone? how does even pass as adequate proof. he has lost nothing, i got my money back. i just screwed up his scheme and did not let him take my money
