Clarification on rules

I know you all want to make sure there are not spammers and we all love this (well except the spammers) I read all of the rules on the marketplace and hire a freelancer ...

So as a junior member I can still not respond to people in my hire a freelancer post
I can now PM them from that post and do not have to wait for them to PM me?

I can not post in any marketplace or on any thread in marketplace?

But I can now message someone posting to a thread or OP in marketplace?

Thank you just want to be clear on what I can and can not do moving forward.

I should add that those questions above would be great to put on the marketplace rules section (that was my ban from PM'ing someone in marketplace and it does not tell you anywhere I can find those rules and it does not clarify these question either)

As a non-Jr VIP/Marketplace seller you cannot sell things on BHW. Either by PM or in the open forum.

Our Hire a Freelancer rules state you cannot PM users who post there. If you want to reply to these consider upgrading your account here:

If you are posting a thread in the Hire a Freelancer section, feel free to PM people who reply to you.

For the marketplace, if you are trying to sell (I can't tell from your post) you may not sell in any thread which does not belong to you. This is thread hi-jacking.

If you are a buyer or have a question, you are welcome to post.

The first 2 you can do but there is not a way to respond in your HAF thread after the initial post is made. It's a function thing, not a rule thing.

But you can respond to the Jr Vips that respond to your HAF thread via PM, just be sure to link to their response so there is no confusion.

Thank you everyone for your responses and we are looking at buying the Jr VIP we just use this service for a few things and will not be selling anything. We do however want to support the site and that is really the main reason for us to get Jr Vip (that and other members trusting us more). We are just trying to sauce out the backlinks community here as well (good bit of garbage some genuine stuff).

also when you have been here a while u can place 3 links in your sig
as a vip and charge the users a fee and still earn a few bucks
