Followliker going to charge monthly

Can we have BHW marketplace moderators step into this situation? After all, we've paid for *lifetime* license.

Is this practice even allowed? One of the main reasons I paid for fl was because it was advertised to be *lifetime* license minus monthly fees.

Why not start charging monthly fee for new customers? Why screw the old loyal customers?

@weblues can do as they want, they simply advertise here and they can make any business move they wish but I'd personally like to see them only charge for new subscriptions to make it fair for those who bought the lifetime license. I think this is fair to existing customers because right now it looks like they are capitalising on the fact their competitors no longer sell publicly.

You're all welcome to shitlist them if you feel like you have been scammed or let down as you are with any seller.

Is there anything we can do?
Read the post above yours. If you feel let down open a scam report. Other than that, FL hasn't posted any official statement and is likely to charge monthly to all customers (even existing ones).

Wow, I guess they think that they are something like Apple in the bot market haha, ''we will do whatever the fuck we want and people will buy and still love us''.

There are other people who offer bots, and more will come, so no worries about that. The ''life time licence'' gap will not stay open.

If they do this thing I am gonna stop using their products and I bet many others will do the same.

wtf !!!
I was buying this software to not pay for months.
Why do I have to pay for a month?
I bought software two years ago, where nothing about it was written.

I do not earn even $ 1 a day from instagram

That's what the support said :

Follow Liker Support
:Payment for licenses is still one-time.

The subscription plan will start in September and not now.

We had no option but to start charging for support. The other option was to shutdown like the other competitors which will be a bad decision, considering the number of people whose businesses depend on FollowLiker and the promises we have made to all users.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah but what if I don't want support? I just want to run FL...I don't care about having access to their support or email help. I just paid for a FL license this year thinking I was getting the software to use at my will and now they want to charge monthly? Is this a optional thing only if you need help from the team (they are calling it support) or mandatory for everyone?

kidcrisco
Support is updates and upgrades the FL not Support for help you.

That's not support. That's called a SUBSCRIPTION service. Your paying for access. They aren't very clear but if they do impose a mandatory subscription after selling the software as a lifetime unit then I'm pretty sure it will be no problem to get my money back from PayPal and I would urge anyone upset with this deceiptful practice to file a PayPal claim I'd they move forward with that option when it comes time.

Well its time for GramDominator to be the king.
I started raising money to buy FL back in June.
Well I will invest them into the nice Indian guy

That's one of the reasons i didn't bought FL , their support is shit and they think they are the best while MP is year ahead of their buggy software.

Also notice everyone that it says monthly fee instead of support fee since yesterday. They also increased it to 6 from 5 in 2 days. And followliker is saying like .. nothing wtf

Wow luckily I didn't buy before but this was just getting relevant to me... Any body have recommendations for other services like NinjaGram and so?

Well this is a pity.. the software wasn't cheap when I bought it, and now they want to exort more money even though nothing was said about it before, worse than the government.

This is a free market though, if they start to treat customers badly, then competitors will rise and take over. So, any good competitors?

I bought this software from my hard work savings and now they want to charge monthly, nothing can be trusted in this world. Definition of lifetime, unlimited are not lifetime and unlimited these days. Advertisers can write anything on headlines with unlimited and lifetime and shit on users face after that.
And sadly i have to continue their monthly payments because i want to get what i paid for this software.

I'll be damned if I'll pay steak and lobster pricing for a McDonalds hamburger.

I got the official email from Followliker today.
"You will be required to key into the subscription program on or before September 1, 2017." Fee is $5.99 per month.
"The subscription plan will do two things:
- Allow the FollowLiker team to employ more hands in handling the frequent changes being made by the social networks.
- Increase the number of Followliker license servers distributed around the world"

In other words, if you don't sign up for the monthly fee, your current FL software may stop working, or act in such a way for the social medias (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr) to notice you are using a bot and ban your account.

I'll need to start thinking about moving over to Gramdominator (did I spell it correctly?), and see if they offer better program options when compared to Followliker. I knew that Massplanner was better than Followliker, but decided to use FL because of the lower pricing. Now FollowLiker's pricing is about $13.57 a month, when taking the $97 one-time fee and adding it to the 5.99/month.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but was Massplanner was not more than $14/month for unlimited version with all the great modules?
So, pricing wise, Followliker wants to compare itself to Massplanner. I'm sorry FL, but not even close. MP had options where it would stop for 1-2 or 6 hours in the middle of the day, and then continue. FL is still a simple bot that continues until all the tasks are done for the day. That is why we all have to create several instances to make it look more human. And, that's just one comparison.
