I've been sending all my traffic to ADSArmy and I have to say that I never had such a good performance on any other network that I've run with for the last 5+ years!
Their offer payouts are way better than other networks (especially App Installs and PIN Submits) and their support is just incredible.
I like the fact that they have offers on almost every vertical but if you're into CPI, you wouldn't change them for anything, you'll see that for your self.

had a look at the offers, a few offers for mexico and spain, nothing more,for latin traffic I would better use mobusi or mobidea
