would love to have one desktop based.. preferably, java based so that it runs on my linux machineThere are plenty out there that do that currently?
I am working on one of those, but just mainly for personal use. May release it here once I have it finished.I'm waiting for 50 requests for a MassPlanner replacement![]()
Sure man, thanks for that!Once I have some free time I will make one in selenium for here.
Awesome idea although I think it is too much of work for a free tool lol. 1000 likes from me if someone decides to give it a go.Here are some ideas that I have thought about personally creating, but haven't had time for:
If you made either of these, I would buy them from you. Recently got some Rasp. Pis and have been wanting to set up these scripts or similar running in the background on those devices. Constantly roaming the internet looking for useful data.
- A bot that scrapes blogs/websites related to a given niche and then creates a spreadsheet/database of entries listing:
- The blog post title tag, first heading, and other terms that are likely keywords that are being targeted
- Keyword Research report for each term - something like what you would get with LTP or etc.
- URL to the post
- DA/PA/TF/CF/other metrics for the post
- A backlink report for the blog post
- Current position of where each article is ranking in Google for the terms that it is likely targeting
- Basically, finding good keywords that competitors in a niche are using.
- A bot that scrapes niche-related websites to find 404 links. Creates a report listing, for each 404 link found:
- URL of the 404ed post
- The anchor text and dead link for the now 404ed link
- Contact methods for the person who made the post (and the person who runs the website, if different)
- Basically, a bot that finds opportunities to request that a link be replaced with your link

As for the demise of massplanner the only way to go there is to have a custom social media bot which is not resold to anyone else!!I'm waiting for 50 requests for a MassPlanner replacement![]()
