Does the whole Aliexpress drop shipping business model base on the idea that there's a lot of people that don't know about Aliexpress. Or that they don't know that you are dropshipping from china and put a huge markup on a cheap product. Because if they knew obviously no one would buy from you. They would rather order from Aliexpress themselves.

It's all about reaching the potential customer first.

So basically it works like this. I promote a necklace and some random Joe see necklace in my ad. He have no idea that he could get it cheaper from Aliexpress and because he likes the necklace he buys it from me. :D

they dont know that you're dropshipping mostly, and you can label your product's as branded, or atleast the site can look like that
also you can say something like our brand is in EU/US but factory in china same thing.

Yeah but the biggest problem here is this:
Let's say this random Joe buys my necklace at $15 price tag. Then he waits for three weeks and gets a package from Aliexpress which show the REAL PRICE of the necklace which is a few bucks. Doesn't that make people angry?

Yea that's how it work so. As long as on your shopping policy you mention shopping times and how they can be affected there's nothing that can be done. You may not have a repeat customer with some people but most drop shipping stores aren't about repeat customers more so reaching new customers

Well I've ordered plenty from AliExpress and it never said the price or AliExpress mentioned on the package any where, there are some Chinese signs on it and China shipping label, as far as I know Chinese is a hard language and most people don't know to read chinise! , Also like 50% of products ice ordered signed as a gift.
Take in your attention to tell your seller( the one you buy stuff from on AliExpress) no invoices as you are dropshipping, a lot of sellers on AliExpress understand that and gladly cooperate.
And Joe doesn't know the real price for stuff, today I've saw a really branded shop selling stuff for 30$-40$ I said what the heck I'll check it out I found his products real price is 2$-5$ on AliExpress and he sell good!

I have actually watched Franklin Hatchetts videos quite a while. He appears to be somehow more honest guy and not so scammy as some other drop shipping youtubers. And I think he has really great content.
