Used support ticket to ask signup question 2 days ago, no answer, added them to skype but they never are online, sent sms to UK support mobile number to check ticket, no reply. Live support always offline

Your site was brought down by a court request, not by anything DMCA related. It's now on a different network, though. We can ignore DMCA, but court judgements is a different thing. We're just protecting ourselves, like we're protecting you - not giving out ANY info. Period.

I've read some bad reviews in this thread but the latest replies have convinced me to take a risk with you guys. Ordering an elite VPS now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for tagging me. And you are right, I am not involved with this service any more. I was involved for a very short time, but not any longer. In fact I never even saw that message from RMX saying I was no longer involved, and I was under the impression they had completely disappeared :-/
