Q: Where are your servers located?
A: We keep our servers in datacenters in the Lithuania, Germany and Latvia. By default new accounts are placed on one of our servers in Lithuania. Please ask if you would like your account to be in a particular country.
Q: Can I host a porn site on your servers?
A: Sure, you can. Would be great if you let us know, if you do, as we will put you on a different IP, so that it doesn?t screw up website rankings for other users who have sites without porn on them.
Q: How quickly will my account get set up?
A: All shared hosting accounts are activated instantly. VPS and Dedicated Server setup usually takes 12-24 hours.
Q: Do you have a one-click installer for Wordpress, etc?
A: Yes, we use Installatron for that purpose.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal, Skrill (formerly Moneybookers), LibertyReserve, Payza (AlertPay) and Google Checkout. You can also send us cash payment by mail, or use Western Union for larger orders, or if you would like to remain anonymous.
