Please help me to provide some information-

** Suggest me a host provider (offshore) with package

** Suggest me some best file sharing script

** And please give me a good plan for this project

Actually I'm working with download niche for many years and I'm doing well. Also I have some idea for file sharing site.
I posted this because I need experts opinion and advice.
