Help with Instant engagement + followers

Hi

I need some help with increasing engagement with my Instagram (likes & real followers to be precise). I have done tons of research already and from what I have seen a lot of people in my niche (food/fashion/lifestyle photos) are doing something that I don't know yet.

I get great feedback on my Instagram feed all the time and I work very hard to build beautiful content but my growth has been stagnant. I have joined bunch of engagement groups so I am okay for comments at the moment but my account was shadow banned couple of months ago and I have never made it to explore page. (My account is back to normal now and picking up after joining engagement groups but not as much as I would like to considering the hardwork I put into my content.

I am looking for likes and followers but I cannot afford to tarnish my reputation with likes coming from 'obvious' fake accounts. Is there anyone who can guarantee that their liking accounts would not come across as fake (I know that there are definitely accounts out there who are obviously bot operated but hard to tell that they fake bots) IYKNWIM?

I am open to suggestions for increasing followers but I am not expecting overnight results as I definitely want quality over quantity and if possible real followers from within my niche.

Any help/advice/recommendations of services would be appreciated. Apologies for the long post and thank you!

PS. I know there are companies out there offering services but I cannot risk using random companies and get banned again and after reading numerous posts here I feel experts here know what they are doing hence why I decided to post here.

Yes they are free. They are small pods only but since my following is small 3.5k the comments are enough.

Make your own group and ask people if they want to be added.

Also. How long did it take you to reach 7.5? My account is at a standstill lol. Like 10 gains max per day

it took me 7-8 months but that's slow growth, some here in bhw get 10k in 2 months

Of course there are secrets but I guess they are also paying for powerlikes and shoutouts

Don't see how your engagement is bad. In my opinion it's quite good.

haha thats good engagement!! I get 200-300 on 32k following. Jus carry on what you are doing. Its a slow process, but your engagement will grow with your account.
I used bots and my engagement has been throttled ever since, if i could go back I would stay organic.

That is really good advice. Thanks. But I see people with 400k followers and 20k likes approxbon each post and that account grew in last one year.

Don't see how your engagement is bad. In my opinion it's quite good.

I don't know I thought it should be at least 10 % to be considered good, but I had less followers before and had more likes
