How to make messenger chat pop up when someone visits your business page?


I was browsing a local facebook business page on my personal account. When I visited their facebook page, a chat messenger window immediately popped up on my screen to message that business. I wanted to implement this on my own page but after browsing through facebook business messenger settings, I still do not know how to do this. Is there an add-on that makes this feature possible- does anyone know what it may be? Thanks!
