my channel content is draw and color cartoon character . my way to increase is invite the other channels watch my videos ,make a nice thumbnail and post link on g+ . what thing i need to do more. can you tell me pls

I read an excellent thread on YouTube last weekend. It was a guy's second journey and for some reason I can't find either thread now. He used Camtasia to record himself giving funny commentary and tips on a game. His journey went dead for 5 months then he posted an update last week and he is now making $6k a month.
I know pretty much zip about YouTube but his 2 journeys were fascinating. If I do manage to find them I will post them here.
But dig around yourself OP, there is a YouTube forum and if you search for "Youtube journey" you will find dozens of threads. You will surely pick up some tips from those.

200 subs if real is a good amount. Prepare a plan, Keep an eye on your competitors content and see whats working well.
