Can we have it up to 1.5M emails per month and what is the maximum capacity of the server??

Dedicated server is the answer for this, to get the desired amount of email volume with advanced set of IPs ( with IP rotation ) of course nothing can be achieved without the combo of a good ESP with PMTA

I don't think Dedicated instance is needed when a single high RAM VPS can handle 10+ IPs and 2 Millions + queue.
I have tested Powermta 4.5 with 1gb 2gb vps.also 16 gb vps.
2gb handled 1M queue smoothly.but of course advanced OS techniques.
 
I am interested in 100k daily sending please. Help configure my free server.
