No, if instagram asks for phone verification you will have to phone verify them manually or with other tools.
These accounts are like normal accounts, so if you use them with bad proxies or if you do too many actions they will get banned, but the point of our tool is to be able to create more accounts so if they get banned it won't affect your business that much.
