Just Sold my First item on Ebay and PayPal limited my account need photo of id
why it happened..?
working whit Stealths account!!!

i sold gucci wallet for 80 usd and money instantly added to paypal there was no pending 21 day as always when sell on ebay and now acc is limited need to provide id and address

Well there we go. You sold something that pretty much asks for instant limitation when sold on a new account.

i never had a problem selling on ebay in thte UK only.
i sold to a Russian guy and it took him a long time to pay and was also pending for a long time.
he changed his mind and when i issued the refund through ebay, which sends the money back through paypal also, it was stuck in pending for approx 2 weeks.

i'm not sure, just don't sell to other countries. i kno i dont do it anymore.

i think it is just a security measure. it happened with my bank account sometimes when making foreign currency transaction but not always.

selling to other countries can cause complications such as returns and shipping etc, best to avoid it in my opinion

maybe you should create your own paypal
or maybe find sthel and get him/her to sort out the ID situation with paypal

im sure after you verify with paypal they will not be so strict with money coming and going, as they will recognise it as normal.

You need something legal. So that you can show your ID and other legal documents when they want you to show.
