The products you are selling are the ones that Ebay have clamped down on for many years, especially for new sellers as they're often fakes that are sold as a genuine product. There used to be so many fakes, that people would end up doing claims and charge backs.
Had you been selling through an established business name, you'd not face these issues. Had you been selling something cheap that wouldn't be worthwhile making illegal copies of, you'd have got under the radar too.
Don't be surprised if they come back and ask for proof of purchase too from you.
