A few of my sites have been hit with negative SEO attack! I know who has done it (his sites)... This guy has wasted 1000s of $ of my income.

Now what he did is Created Profiles and other shitty links from 500+ spammy sites (https://pastebin.com/4KN6TLUx). I'm damn sure what this guy is doing.

I want your suggestion... What should i do (i know about disavow) and how can i protect my sites from negative SEO attack like this.

***mod edit - less of the nseo and bloodletting please***

Build powerful and high authority links and try to lower the relevance of the spammy links.

Performs link audit using tools like ahrefs or WMT itself. List the spammy links and use disavow tool.

Use the disavow tool last it's a last resort. Try and get the links removed from the sites, speak to the webmasters many of them will be happy to help.

Personally I use "Link Detox" but it costs so much.

Send him an email, tell him to stop, try to intimidate him, first. Does he have a website? Good. Then mention that in the email. If he won't comply, fight back.

I believe you can even take legal action against him.

first, stay calm..

buy an ahrefs account and check if you lost ranking or traffic.

Read the post carefully.. These sites from which he is building links are Negative SEO sites only i think. these sites are so shit that i doubt there is any other purpose for their existence.

Well, then my post still stands. Just swap out messaging webmasters and just login and remove the links

Do not waste your precious time attacking his site because, in the end, you will have nothing to show for it, no new links, no new content.

Focus on building a stronger site with stronger content and stronger links.

Just disavow and move on, his site will eventually die a horrible death because those who waste their time with negative SEO usually don't have the passion for building a site of worth in that particular niche.

This has happened to me twice in two different niches, my competition in both have since killed their sites and I have claimed top rankings.

I think that is not possible if most of the bad links are spammers with run by robots, I head disavow doesnt matter anymore they said Google just doesnt count the spamming links anymore but you can disavow just to make you feel better.

It sucks my site has some weird Xyz domains spamming my website on their furniture and drug spam sites, and my niche has nothing to do with either, but they put 300 thousand links back to my website

My website isnt even a high rank site its in google news but brings no more traffic, I have no clue why they would target me maybe they doing it so i dont get rank again its probably a competitor Google should just go back to the old way where whoever posted the story first gets top ranking, now every top page is filled up with rich websites who have money like new york times, etc. I think the change in algorithm has more to do with money google wants to make more billions a year so why let a small time blogger get a top rank even when they are honest? it doesnt benefit them because a site like ny times will pay advertising on adwords while a smaller blog will just make money off adsense and not invest in adwords if he is getting organic traffic.

It just proves how seo has so fucked up.
But cant complain.

Just create high quality article that they can't defeat. Searching on Google I can clearly see the bad articles on page 2 and more.

Weird. Its 2017 outside - not 2015. Its BHW - no WF.

No wonder smart people prefer to sell crap to webmasters... we're all humans after all.

OP, that guy does you a favor by building links and you want him to bleed?

As long as penalties exist, so will NSEO.

He's asking a legitimate question.

Use CDN and Amzon cloud for hostings. Pretty standard and most secure place to have a site. I do manage couple of sites in AWS now, working damn good!
