Does any sense to create unique nice-looking pins manually by Canva? Or it useless for getting traffic, because nobody sees these pins? So It is better to upload any pics where I find on different websites then creating unique nice-looking pins?
Yes, but it is too hard to create 1000 unique pins with nice design. And my website has only 100-200 articles I dont if I can pin the same article but with different images.plain pictures got a click through rate of maybe 10 times less than a well-designed pin with a call to action. So yes, using canva (or adope indesign) to create custom pins pays off a lot.

How my pin will be found? I mean it will not bring traffic if I only create good pin.Whoever said that getting massive traffic was easy? Stop looking for shortcuts...there are none in the long run, other than smart and efficent working.
A good pin can send anywhere between 50 to 1.000 vistors to your website per day. While I think 200 articles is not a lot, you can easily start with a couple of your best pins.
And after all...you can outsource the pin design, eh? ;-)
What kind of question is this? It won't bring you any traffic if you just create an instagram or facebook post either. How my pin will be found? I mean it will not bring traffic if I only create good pin.
