CPA network usually have a min budget to take up your campaign. And to max offer, usuallly CPA marketer like in your case will use lead co form. Aka many cpa offers combined to a single CPA survey offer. Look at some of the survey offers as an example, do you notice that they have many other CPA offers within that same survey? Depending upon how greedy you are, you can potentially load up to 10 -20 CPA offers. So you pay $4 per signup and can potentially make $20-$30. You don't pay if the final page does not load up thus offer completion pixel are not fired to CPA network to alert them of offer completion.

Looks promising but remember you need to have a big budget deposited with CPA network to do this. And of course you need good relationship with the decision maker of these CPA network to take up your offer.

CPA is really good source of income. I ve tried many of them and had different situations. Everything depends on ur product and traffic u can provide.
