You may be experiencing something else because still now followliker is liking and commenting

It is possible that Instagram blocked your likes. So try to do it from Chrome to see if your likes are really working. Otherwise, wait for 1 day or 2 and start again liking less, less fast

Ig started to block a lot of accounts from liking too much, you used to be able to do over 1500 likes per day easy, now not so much, check if you can still do it manually with those accounts as it might be a block on the account itself.
