Movie Streaming Website Questions

Hello BHW Family.


I have a few questions regarding the movie streaming niche. I have done a lot a research and came across many helpful articles. (greyjoker & RazeByte)


A couple of questions I have and need clarification:


1) Should I Seo each page with a lot of focus keywords (15K movies) I am promoting it through Reddit,twitter,Facebook. Also, going to advertise my site on a couple of website and YouTube. I have also purchased many back-links.Making roughly 400-600 users for the first couple of days


2) Should I download and re upload the movies on the other file sharing sites? Because right now I have taken links from openload. I try to find openload links. If I can’t find them, go onto my VPS download and reupload on to openload. If I do download and upload movies from a VPS onto other file sharing sites, and not have the it connected to me.


3) What file sharing sites would be recommended?


4) How do fmovies, gomovies, etc... Host their movies? Do they use file sharing sites or another method?



I am mostly concerned with the movies being able load fast. Any additional information will be helpful. Thank you for taking the time to read this and help out.

First. Most quality traffic for movie sites come from Seo. Your domain name will be one of the most important parts playing a role. Also the file hosting can be a little much as once your movie gets taken down (and it will get deleted by file hote) you will have reupload it. And know what movies and what ones you habe to reupload is a pain. It happens a lot. I use Api's as most revenue comes from popups and download popups. Like propelleradds. Pm me and maybe I can give you a hand and some more info.

For 15k movies did you add them yourself 1 at a time? Or did you use a script or plug in? And for speed it depends on your host and where ypur movies afe hosted. The api i use is really good and has a good load rate.

I have tried to use google drive in the beginning. However, my videos got flagged and taken down instantly. This was is the very beginning stages of me starting the site.

this is why they encrypt the filename with md5 before uploading to prevent it being flagged.

Maybe I should try that method for uploading copyright content to google drive

Hi OP, dont means to hijack this thread.. but i would also ask something about how to hide our identity in high anonymous...

1) I saw you plan to promote your page through facebook... if we use facebook ads, then we must pay with our paypal or credit card... i assume movie streaming site should not leave our footprint in any place.. will facebook sell us out if we paid them for facebook ads, then they sell our identity to the copyright owner if they receive court order? Well. you can say we just promote through other pages or group, but we dont buy facebook ads (if so, this indeed can minimize the risk)..

2) For the ads network, what will be about our identity when we receive the payment from ads network site? I assume they provide either wire transfer or paypal to pay us... but again, by providing the paypal accounts, the ads network will know our email address, and we still need to transfer out the money from paypal account to our bank account... i am wondering either the ads network or paypal will leak our identity to the copyright owner or not if let say they receive court order...

We can hide our identity when we buy domain, offshore hosting by using bitcoin payment... but i just worry for our identity when we want to receive our commission from the ads network company...

I dont think most ads network will provide bitcoin payout method... so paypal mostly will be the more simple and fastest way for us to get the commission from the ads network site... but i am quite worry for the 2 issues above..

Anyone have any idea for it? I saw many thread at BHW about movie streaming site, but seem like is long time post before... not sure how they overcome this part of issue...

Hiding ypur identity is important but only when u start getting traffic. Build some traffic to ypur site before spending a ton of money on identity protection. Traffic is where the money at. A lot of sites will use a .com then once traffic builds they switch to .co .to ECT...

Also each movie plot should be unique so google will index ypu better

I tried to google it and see how its done and could not find anything. If you could explain ow to encrypt a file that would be much appreciated. I am still a newbie in this niche and am trying to learn with trial and error.

Thanks for all the information. Ill test it.
Also, how could I gain traffic onto my site. I went from having 2k a day back down to 500 a day. I have been mainly advertising on Reddit and a bit on twitter. However, when trying to advertise on Facebook my account gets disabled.

yes hiding your identity is important but not just when you get high traffic. It is important from start to finish. when using google analytics when buying your domain, when you are signing up for a publisher account make sure you always have vpn and fake details. They keep logs from the moment you sign up not just when you start getting traffic.

Did you seo each page? I am going back through the post and trying to seo each page. Would you recommend hiring someone to do the SEO?
