Depends On Which Software you're Using For Mass Mailing... And From Where You're Getting Those Email Addresses

Always capture page. do not promote any offer directly to sales page . Most of the vendor dont allow directory to sales page, read the policy before sending to sales page.

It's all in the list that you are promoting to. Is the list double opt-in? Do you have consent of sending the content that you are sending? If not, you are basically spamming. If you do have, it's not a problem with direct linking.

Actually I just started my online journey and by living in Bangladesh and being a student I dont own any credit card.In Bangladesh there is only payoneer support and i ordered a mastercard months ago and yet to recieve.So free tools are only thing I can afford now actually

You can try PayPal if it is available in your area....
Also some international debit cards will also useful.
Talk to some other people about it..
