Hate to say it, but the docs do not work anymore with paypal.
They USE to work when paypal was little less careful. But now its just a waste of your money. Now they actually review them manually. They will perma limit you after you send them and all the acounts that are linked to it.
Here's overall review:
They look ok : They actually look pretty good IF you don't check em. So if youre a minor who wants to buy beer at your local Deli and present something like that, it would work. But it only takes a minute to spot a fake. And you don't even have to work at paypal to spot it. You can be any Joe Shmoe
The pictures he uses for ID's are easy to find on google which is a huge give away.

If you order a US DL from him, the number can be checked by anyone online not just paypal. I just checked my own own drivers license number online, it came out just fine, then I checked the fake one, obviously nothing came out...
Pretty sure paypal got more advances tools to spot an obvious fake
With so many scammers online it's naive to think that something like this will work anymore.
All he does is takes a blank document and puts the info that you give him. Then charges 30$ a piece. Thats insane. There is nothing magical about this service. It just for people who have zero Photoshop skills
Again I'm gonna repeat myself. Those doc USE to work. It actually worked for me once personally last year. Hence, there are good reviews in this topic . PayPal has changed dramatically during the years.
Oh and also, their costumer service is extremely slow They answer Once a day. It's impossible to get to them on skype.

I dn't thnk there is anything you can do if its stealth account... Just start over. Analyze what you did wrong to get it limited. Item category/item price. And don't make the same mistake again.
If you have a legit business/products. I'd suggest you make an account on someone else name that you know. Or open a company and make an account on its name. This way if it gets limited. You have a chance to submit real docs and get it unlimited. Just make sure there is no tie to prev accounts.

You can't judge something in general depending only on your own experience. The OP says that these documents may or may not verify work on your account. In my case it worked in the past and is still working till now.
You can refer to a couple of previous pages and you'll see how many members succeeded in lifting their accounts limits. So I don't think your statement is 100% valid !

If you think that they used refere to a period that's equal to 2 DAYS, then yeah ! Otherwise I'm not repeating anything.
