I received an Email last week from Paypal that my account got limited and Paypal asked for SSN document, Photo ID and Address verification document from me, I had nothing because Paypal doesn't support my country , I felt like I'm dead , I was hopeless and really wanted to get my account back I search on BHW and found @secondeye post I contacted him on skype
although he was on holidays but still agreed to help me when I requested.
He sent me all docs with in few hours and let me tell you one thing all the docs were so real.
I uploaded all three docs on Paypal and all I could do is just Pray.
4 hours later I received an email from Paypal saying they have restored my Paypal I can't express my feelings I cried with joy after getting my account back.
I am very thankful to @secondeye he helped me a lot and the fee is charging is very low as compare to the quality service he's providing.

I had my PayPal EU receiving limits successfuly lifted today after providing the documents from secondeye. There are more than 10 permanently restricted PP accounts registered on my name but his perfect documents worked very well. Highly recommended
