Starting site like - SoundCloud what do you think?

Hi guys, I decided to start an online audio sharing platform similar like SoundCloud. I want do make this in my country becase theres nothing similar in my country. In my country I have a lot of singers, rapers and lot more people like that. So I would like to build this platform and write an email or contact this kind of people about the platform and I will offer them unlimited premium functions for free. Also I would like to have this platform for sharing podcasts...

What dou you think about this idea?

You said there is no comparable platform in your country but actually soundcloud is a webservice... everyone in the world with a internet connection can use it.
Anyway, I would say build up a stradegy and a team that believe in the idea.
You can succeed, but you have to ask yourself what different my platform from soundcloud, what is the main advantages for a user.
Look from the user perspektive and think how they can achieve there goals with your service. And maybe find a Influencer... a talented Singer, Rapper with a big viral outreach. That could give you the attention you need.

A couple of things;

1) Yes it could be a good idea, but you really need to look at costs involved as it could turn into a moneypit for a few years until you can turn a profit.
