how should i get free logo for my site?

Found a site which claimed i could 'get it for free' , Spent last 45 mins fine tuning my logo and then bam, buy now for $35 appears. Okay then I went to another website which claimed the same thing, and now i have wasted 90 mins on this BS. Any Help??

They all do that I believe.

Only option is either look in giveaways to see if anyone is offering a free logo or try and make it yourself using photoshop or similar.

How do they make it? I wonder if there was a site cause I am not great with drawing :(
 
If you're not the best at graphic design, I'd recommend you check out the "slave labour" subreddit.

Very good work at very good prices.
 
Either look in the marketplace or post in the want to buy section and you'll get one for much less than 35.00
 
I'll do this for you. Just PM me some details or screenshot of the logo you already made using mentioned sites.
 
I can prob get my friend to do one for ya. hes trying build his portfolio. hell prob just wont to know where you are going use logo so he can reference it in portfolio.
 
Check download section on this forum you will find 2 logo design software shared here download both software they got some pre made logo just work on those design & make your own logo. You don't need to be an expert to do this as both software very easy to use.

Do the screenshot of the logo you made (and I suppose liked), CMD+Shift+4, open it with Photoshop, edit whatever you need to edit, if the size is small vectorize - you got a free logo, the only investment few minutes of your time :)
 
I use cooltext.com if I'm not really looking for something special
 
not sure you are going to find one that will be free. Most will let you design and then maybe download but its not going to be a quality image you can use unless you pay the upgrade.

Best option is post a promotion and see if you can get someone to design one free for you.
 
There are too many of them.. You just need to google..
Even many paid website provide free service (low quality image) as trial..
But if you want a good logo which looks professional then I would recommend to have a small budget to pay..
Just join freelancer and open a project or contest with your maximum budget..
I am sure from here you will get much more professional logo even in HD images..
