How about some subset of the Real Estate niche?

There are tons to choose from and almost all of them can be monetized using CPA, Amazon, eBay, Adsense, etc.

i have same problem. I am from indonesia, i register several CPA but CPA offer much for US. CPA offer for indonesia just one or two. finally i focus for internasional audience but i want to get US traffic in website. i want to ask how to target specific traffic country for CPA?

Options are do your own keyword research and own site build, or outsource/buy these services.

Focus on this in your spare time, grit your teeth and endure the idiots you have to deal with in real estate ( that pays your mortgage and bills ) and then once your site starts making money, upscale it and go from there.

Thanks for the info... I was looking at dropshipping with aliexpress or amazon. I can create my own website and do my own marketing... Anyone can give me a tip on what niche to start in eCommerce?

What kind of ways do people make money in real estate online ? Like are there affiliate systems in place that let you link to houses or apartments for sale and get a cut.

Maybe you could make your own how to sell real estate course and sell that with facebook ads. Also you could look through clickbank site to see what other people are already selling for real estate e-products.

1. Pick something you have a lot of experience in. e.g. career / experience
2. Something you are good at e.g. a hobby or interest.
3. Something you learn and expand your knowledge in.

Start a T Shirts business based on quotes / designs related to Real Estate & SEO. Mix the two together.......!?

Have you tired ranking an e commerce store? It's much harder than a blog because of short product descriptions (that you have to rewrite) which does not rank well in google. An amazon affiliate review site would be much easier, plus you don't have to deal with customer's B.S. (returns, questions about where their packages are, etc.)
