cryptocurrency exchange HELP

now i joined bittrex and i looked at some coins charts and begin to understand how to trade but i don't think i have much data to decide whether buy now or sell or that's what everyone do just look at charts and when it's low we buy !
and there's one problem is that i now trade between different coins how can i convert them into dollars .should i convert to BTC then to usd ??

Bitcoins are mostly fluctuating now so it's hard to know when to invest in it.

You can convert from BTC to USD.

never invest in a biz you don't understand... and yeah, you have to sell your fancyCoins for bitcoins and then you can sell them to get $/€

i didn't say i don't understand i said that only reading charts is enough to make a decision or i have to do something more ?!

i said i only can understand charts is there anything else i should do ?

actually the charts have the same indicators like the usual stock market... follow different forums, fanpages etc. from the diversity of
altcoins.
