Just an update to everyone - we have a few sites ready to go, however, SerpBook is being ridiculous and not updating ranks properly (even though the sites are ranking when checked from multiple different IPs), and therefore we can't put them up for sale on the site just yet.

Getting in touch with them and hope they resolve the issue soon.
