How can I fix my Google search console properties?

So I added all version of my website to GSC. I keep reading this is what needs to be done:

• http
• https
• non-www
• www

It seems like Google has indexed some pages from the non-www https version and none from the others. I want to use WWW and HTTPS.

The only thing google allows me to change is if I want to see the non-www or www version of the site, it doesn't ask and I don't know where to change that I also want the https version (I have Let's Encrypt SSL).

How can I fix this mess? Should I delete my properties except for the one I want to keep?

Maybe I should only have added the version I want which is HTTPS and WWW only?

1.go to your prefer domain
2.look at pic sorry for the language when you click select set up site

3.chose you prefer domain

4.use rel=canonical to tell google which page you like to be index to prevent some duplicate content issue

Also, submit a sitemap only to the one that you want displayed in search. If you have sitemaps submitted to multiple versions, then it can mess things up (this was my experience :X)

The one I want is only this one:
https://www.somemadeupdomain.com

Should I even have all 4 on GSC? Or just the one I want aka "my preferred property/domain"?

Just put your main site in GSC, make sure the other domains are redirected to your main page and get a canonical.

The other domains are already redirected with htaccess and all have the canonical tag.

So I'll just delete all versions of the website I do not want from GSC. Thanks!

you should have all 4 in GSC but you must tell google which site you prefer look at my previous reply .feel free to ask me I used to headache with this problem before

Is your website already on SSL? You should choose only of version of it
