As Click bank is the most popular affiliate program on the internet but as i'm from nepal I 'm unable to create a clickbank account! Anyone who can help me find an alternate way for creating a clickbank account from nepal? And if you know any other other affiliate programs please giv me suggestions! Thank you!

I would suggest to get in contact wit them. Ask them why they won't accept your account and try to make a solution with them.

Google can answer this question for you, but a LLC is a "Limited Liability Company." It's a common and easy to setup business entity in the US. If that's a route you want to go, then use Google for the rest of your question.
