Google has new updates on their policy i guess that cause your apps to get kicked out..
Have u tried updating your apps and uploading it back?

tried and failed. I am at that point where I need to throw money at it.

If your account still open. Go change package name and publish again. If not try to open new account with bcc visa and decent up address
