Not sure sharing this here in Lounge would be okay. But I really felt bad from this morning after got to see a video in Facebook newsfeed (I could not even watch it completely, closed it in middle) consists of COPs shooting pet dogs mercilessly -

This has been occupying my whole day and didnt let me concentrate on anything else. Been so much burden to me, I'm not sure sharing this feeling here would make me feel good, but it definitely helps me get better.

I don't want to find the exact video on youtube again and watch it, I tried searching and it must be the second video of this search in youtube (Indian IP).

1. How can someone kill a pet that easily? I'm sure, they do have no mercy at all.
2. Do people really understand that this world is common to every single living being just like humans?
3. No problem if they dont love them, at least they could avoid hating & hurting them right?

I've a pet dog (South Indian Breed), he is my pet, he is my stress reliever and more of anything he is my brother. And he loves me more than himself. I can't even imagine myself in the place of those who lost their pets. May be thats the reason why I was upset the whole day.

P.S: If this is something offensive to the rules & regulations of BHW, Kindly remove it.

I'm half joking btw, lol. We don't even have animal shelters here in Eastern Europe. None that I have seen or heard, at least. Dogs and cats roam free. I imagine that some people put them down when they become a problem, though. If watching your FB feed upset you that badly then I won't share anything else.

I dont really want to argue with you mate.. Shared something that affected me that day. Thats it. And I expected someone would come up with this question..

Killing pigs, chicken, cows for food is something acceptable and they can't be our pets most of the times. But killing an innocent violently for no reason cant be accepted, thats what i mentioned.

Every living thing in this world is co related to all other creatures. I've heard that, when the bees go extinct, then humans would probably go extinct. Just because you are strong enough to cut trees, you cant cut all the trees in the world right? World is common to all, stronger ones can lead but should not dominate.
