Scammed by Lowen Petkoff - Username macame

Hi all,i wanted to buy a amazon vcc from this guy lowen petkoff
skype id "live:lpetkoff"

He claimed to have working card in amazon seller central ,i paid him through paypal which put the money on hold ,so he refunded the money asked me to send in btc ,gave the card and said he will active once i pay ,so thought he is legit guy and paid him,card was not working ,i informed him he stopped replying

I Provided 3 Vcc Which is Loaded with $1 unit each,I never scammed him,I can show you Proof i use Same Vcc card in Creating AWS and Bing account
Vcc was charged $1 is using a wrong method in signing up account

the deal was to get a refund if its not working for seller central?

First of all mentioning that those 3 vcc i have used itself a lie,can kindly provide the screenshot of transactions in those 3 cards which mentions from amazon seller central,

BTB also asked the same question,Let me put it very clear again for you macame,did you said you will refund me if the card does not work? or not ,card did not worked even 1000 transactions from amazon side can happen thats not the deal which whe had right? the deal was to give a card which work in amazon seller central clearly i have mentioned and you have answered yes it works and you have mentioned i will refund if the card does not work,
