I wanted to ask for a bit of your wisdom. As you can tell by the title this is in regards to Amazon merch.
I recently got accepted, and I submitted 10 simple text designs. My question is how long do I give each shirt to generate sales before I deem the design not profitable and switch it out? And what kind of designs sell better; simple text, or graphic cartoon? I really hope to hear back from you. It would greatly help me out in my journey.

What sells better is seasonal shirts. I am not well aware with US festivals but Lets suppose Father's day is near then upload some new and creative designs related to that and you will bank hard. I Hope you get what I am saying.

Also give it a rest for a while to see whats converting better and whats not. Dont flip designs within a week, let me stay for atleast 20-30 days to get proper answer.

It does take a few months, but you should still sign in to check sometimes you will be accepted but won't get the email so just make sure. But usually the wait time is a few months so don't worry you'll get in.

Niche isn't the problem, but rather the design, what type of t shirts convert better clever text designs or graphic designs for niches? And your saying I should give the designs a month to generate a sale before switching them out Is that right? If so, okay thanks will do that but if not then what do you mean?

one of my designs got 2 sales after almost 4 months yesterday! They were actually sold in the first week of September, but Amazon sent a email about the Sept sales yesterday and on checking what were sold then, I realized that design got success after 4 months! So if a design is good, keep it up imo.

Graphic design and text deisgn sell. It depends on the content of the design. It could be a simple text that touch people when they read or it could a graphical explanation of something. Both sells. You just have to find that sweet spot to bank hard.

99% of the time it is keywords used in your brand, title, bullets or descriptions. PM me what you were using and I'll tell you where you went wrong.
