[Update] Traffic seems to be consistent with steady growth when I went live I got 2,000 visitors as of 7 pm today a little over 2,300. I'm still waiting for google to index every link I have which is 50,000+ while only 7000ish of these are indexed when I went live only 3-4,000 of my links were indexed so I'm expected traffic to grow as the links become indexed. I'm also beginning look into advertisement options to monetize the traffic I'm currently testing Propellar Pop under ad's. At first I was scared once I implemented them the traffic would drop but it didn't growing at the same rate. Not sure on other ways to monetize it so suggestions would be great.

Are you scrapping the url To embed to page only?
Are you scraping the url and downloading the file to your server ?

Php very easy to scrape with ajax added or bootstrap....

When I first created my site with blogger I had no visitors my first wave of consistent visitors came when I use Facebook Ads to advertise my websites fan page + website. That gained me around 800-1000 and eventually topping off around 2-5,000. As for off page SEO not completely sure what you mean but I've added my site to a few directories also I added it to Stumble upon. I've created a Facebook, Pinterest, Google plus, Twitter, Youtube, and a YouTube channel. One thing to note this site is not new I started it around a year ago I just left it not updated for a long time. Then left in a type of maintenance mode while I got everything ready for its redesign with a countdown for when it'd be online. After removing it and everything was live I got 2k visitors that day. As to where the traffic is coming from nearly all of it is from google and a small percent direct. I'm not sure why google is indexing your website so slow. When I made the update post 7,000 links were index now its over 9,000(lol puns).
I'm not reuploading anything only taking embed codes from the source site adding them to my site changing the title adding meta tags etc. If the site gets big enough and makes a profit reuploading to a 3rd party host like openload is a plan of mine because that is a lot of extra profit, but for now not in the cards thank you!

Traffic growth since I went live which was the 9th to now with is the 13th using google analytics
Revenue stats on Propeller aren't looking good when I contacted them about the CPM they said give it a few days for better ad adjustment towards my niche and expect the CPM to change, but my traffic stats and everything looks weird and it takes forever for the stats to update. I'm looking into Ad-Center now because of a few recommendations from people here and hope for a better outcome

I was going to suggest you look into automation but it sounds like you're well on your way as it is Looking promising so far so keep it up and good luck.
As far as monetisation goes, I don't really know much about the streaming industry. Could you try offering a membership for a small amount like $5 per year for an ad-free viewing?
My best advice would be to keep an eye on the laws in your country, and as soon as you can afford it try switching to a less illegal source of income. I'm all for gaming the system, and making money however possible online, but I've seen webmasters in my country land up in court just for mass-linking to illegal TV streams even though they weren't hosting the videos themselves

Earnings with Propeller since I joined the cpm is all over the place. I haven't earned anything with Ad-center. I'm going to be testing Popads for as long as I used propeller to see if the cpm will be a bit more stable with them.

After testing popads for a few days they are obviously 110% better than propeller in terms of reliable cpm
Still no revenue from adcenter
