AdWords suspicious payment activity

Hi, I was running my AdWords account successfully using one CC and different payment method including internet banking, debit card. Just to have backup I created another new gmail and new AdWords account and used different credit card and billing information to make sure Google doesn't cancel my AdWords account.. after succesful approval of ads as soon as I deposited money into AdWords it went under review and after few hr it says your account has been suspended and we have detected suspicious activity in your payment activity. I tried alot of combination like to use only CC, only VCC, old Gmail AdWords account but all are getting suspended due to suspicious payment activity. I tried to contact google and all they said is its our final decision and we can't reinstate your account.
Now my question is
How does google track different AdWords account realtion to each other? Does it track MAc I'd and IP address ? Is it better to use VPS RDP for different accounts? Do they track ip address from which payment made and CC issued place ip address?
If any one have any experience with this issue or able to resolve help.

Multiple reasons:
Easy ones: same or connected domain / tracking / ad copy (md5 hash for images) / banking details / phone number/
Check that. Think of an account as of an unique entity - not related to ANYTHING else from Google! ANYTHING!

Now sit down: Dropping Knowledge: Use MultiLoginAPP + Private IPs or Proxies. This makes it sooo much harder for G to find you!

Thanks for letting me know about things which can get tracked.

Previously i was using same adcopy on different subdomain of main domain + same keyword group . Apart from this banking details, phone number and everything else was different .
Seems use of same domain and same ad copy on different subdomain caused this .
Now after taking some precaution , created another adword using USA RDP IP + new domain + Entropay VCC but again got suspended. As i read on many forum they suggested not to use proxies and VPN, as these are easily detected .
This time seems entropay caused this suspension . All of this happened as soon as my ads get approved . Google never suspend my ads or website it always suspend my account due to payment activity .

Can any one also confirm if i use same keyword grouping and theme on different adwords account, does google also relate this to other accounts ?

My ad targeting country is usa and my physical location is not usa . If any body has any idea to get VCC for adwords, let me know .

Neteller is working or not with google adwords ?

Remote RDP uses same data centre IPs as proxies and VPN (Using proxy or VPN shouldn't be an issue). Also, VCCs don't work with advertising accounts.

I don't know about how to create working AdWords account. Search on forum here or you can buy account from reputed sellers in marketplace.

I've had decent results appealing the suspensions. Don't be afraid of hitting up Adwords support. They're surprisingly responsive!

Well i have already tried to get back my account, but all they said is, they wont restore my account and this is final decision .

I have same problem and every adwords account with different ip's (using vps) and using different billing information goes suspend. If anyone can help me I will pay for suggestions to create an active account.

OK this one is driving people crazy, and we think we've figured out why. The major cc networks all have programs called "credit card updater" or something similar. What this means is that if you cancel your old card number, the credit card companies will automatically supply bigwigs with the newly issued number. It took us several months to figure this out and this was the cause. Some banks will let you "opt out" of the program, but others will not. So what can you do? Two things we found: 1. Call your cc company and make sure you can opt out. If you get an agent who has no idea what you're talking about, call back and find someone who does. 2) This is very important: when your old account gets suspended.. make sure you replace the cc you want to keep using with a prepaid card number, or something else you would never use on Adwords. And make sure you do this before you get the new card issued by the bank. This will save you a lot of grief and headache. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet... this is Adwords' secret sauce that gives them an edge over you.

Vcc works. But it will get blacklisted eventually. I tried my vcc and created some accounts using residential ips. So far theyre working. Im only using 1 out of 4 bins that i can use.

There's only 1 that will work. Don't use green dot, you'll get suspended almost immediately.

i am having the same issue, rather on creating account, make mc account and there you go. it will suspend child account and then create another account underneath. dont use same domain hosting everytime. server IP is detected and thats the reason you are busted everytime. Use some common sense and you are UP!.

i have same problem.. i tried to pay and first few times payment didnt proces and i try few times.. after some time i see money on my acc but also ban for "suspicious payment activity" I contact support and tell them that i tried to pay few times and they unban my account
