I want to create a page with only USA real likes. How to do that since I stay at different country? What is the possible step I should follow? Requesting a details discuss.

"Real" like are a term quite overused here as it seems that most SMM services companies use it freely, even if they actually mean real looking bots (with pics, friends and post history). If you are interested for those I already use some good service here and can recommend it to you.
If however you are talking about actual facebook user likes, then it should be easy to get those by making an ad with USA as your country target location when setting the ad (preferably via the Facebook ad manager). It does not matter what country are you from, since you can promote any post/page at any country. This is very easy to implement but will cost you a lot for targeting just the USA (my usa fb ads costed me more the $1 per like )

I am doing same and getting 0.2 for each likes but still it's high compare to our country. Anyway is there any other way other than fb ads?

Viral promotion ads / giveaways / contests worked well with me on the past, when i found another big channel to feature my contest (and product/service) but still it will cost you a bit (but less than the actual fb paid ads if the contest gets viral)
Entirely free fb likes, i think it's tough but will love to listen too if anyone can suggest something here.

well you could always rack up friends and ask them each to like you'd have to get really cool with all of them lol. To grow your friends list, well this is what happened to me- i posted a couple of profound thoughts one day and i think at the time i had the most flattering profile picture i have ever hasd up but im not very hndsome and im 38 years old but my posts went viral it was nuts ! i went from 160 friends to 4,500 a week later after having my fb fot 5 years it just blew up in november . my pro pic had 1,000+ likes my timeline was like a group there were strangers to me even chattering amonst each other . Remember the more likes you gert wihin an hour the more facebook is gonna suggest you as a friend for the next few days then it just snowballs! Also the more you request people who dont accept , the lower fb will rank u on the interesting scale and they wil think youre a pest . dont add ANYONE only accept youlll see a huge jump in requests . also wen u post quality is everything quantity can hurt you , post carefully, you can look at my friend list and my followers and youll see i know first hand ..i constantly have to delete people to stay under 5,000 my name on fb is "Ceez Er" look for yourself .. hit me up if you have any questions

Hi to get likes from a specific country you need to do targeted legit ads. By legit i mean not buying fake users or bots these are a waste of time and will more than likely get took off your page if they detected by facebook or another social media company. If you want to grow your page i would recommend paying for targeted ads you can do this with us for cheap or you can pay for the ads directly if you're interested let me know
