I agree, it seems like @pacefer3 service does not work, so balances are useless to you guys which is why I insisted they refund.

I had sent him a pm 2 days back when he insisted that people should send him pm with their username and paypal email. So i did, now after 2 days he replied my pm saying you have paypal dispute open ? I replied him no the dispute is closed. I really dont understand what the seller is trying to do ? Everything is written in this thread and still he shows he knows nothing. I dont feel he has any intention of refunding us. As if this wasnt the case, the seller would have already fixed all the issues and refunded everyone.

Sad, had around more than $50 of services waiting to be delivered, I'm still trying to contact him. But it looks like I will need a paypal dispute aswell

He had no intentions of refunding . Just was wasting time inorder to cashout the funds in his account. Just open the disputes .

Even if the owner is banned from BHW, I know he will read this message, I opened 2 more disputes juste now as I said in my previous messages, for a total of 400$.
I will open more disputes if he don't contact me on skype and if he don't cancel all my orders.

Lmao, I remember ordering from this panel. I get problems left and right, opening ticket which I get reply for like 2 days and answers that I don't get. Then message him at skype and warns him to open a shitlist, well he tells me that I am aggressive, always telling shitlist (how the f*** should I react? 2 days reply, not finished orders, drop views etc..) and he tells me that I am the only one getting problems LMAO.

If you don't represent YepFans you should not be getting involved.
I'm not impressed with the excuses, first he was away for 7 days with an "urgent matter". Now he's been on holiday for 10 days?
This problem stretched months back, you can see it clearly in their sales thread. This is not something that started in the last week or so.
