Tier 2 Links to PBN Sites?

Every one in a while, meaning, once a week, exactly this kind of thread shows up. And it's a terrible idea.
Entire point o PBNs is to use the power and the age of the backlinks pointing to a PBN site. So let's put it like this.
Building a PBN from a fresh website = Let's say $50, for articles, hosting, registration. Not to mention time and expenses on web 2.0s, articles, social signals, etc.
Building a PBN from a half decent RD20+ domain = $65.
So you have two choices here. Spending $50 and shittons of time to "build" your PBN site, or spending a few bucks more and actually get results, not to mention play it safe and spend time.
This is absolutely not even close.
And also, unless you have vast experience with SEO, building links to any PBN site is a catastrophic idea. The backlinks must simply be good enough, to be sustained by the domain. Meaning, you can't spam it as if you would spam a web 2.0 for example. Not to mention fresh domains. Thus, why not pointing links straight to the money site if they are that good?
Using fresh domains as PBNs does not make any sense from any point of view. Not link juice wise, not safety wise and not even budget wise.

I wouldn't even waste time with url shorteners and just blast it direct with GSA for a week, 24/7, you'll have a MASSIVE link profile.
I mean if we're making bad decisions, go big, or go home.
Are the links you'll be building, so bad that you need to filter them? Why wouldn't you just point them to your money site?

OP, I agree with your point. It doesn't make any sense in using fresh domains for building PBN's. IMO, it is a waste of time and money. Instead of that you can use other techniques like social media engagement, Infographics submission & sharing, Q & A participation, etc..

I found a few sites with high authority willing to link to websites that "aren't primarily made to make money". I was looking for a way to pass the authority to my website.
Also I found a few of my competitors links but these links aren't niche related. (Donation to get a link to website, etc) These links however have high metrics, I wanted to point these links to one of my PBN sites hoping to pass on the power without a possible penalization in the future because the links aren't niche relevant.
I planned on linking my site directly from the links that aren't niche related but I feel like if my competitors look up my backlink profile they'll find the links. Vs linking to my PBN sites which are using the block spider plugins.
What're your thoughts?

It never made sense anyways. I think members should do well to enter their query into search box so as to find all the previous threads about a certain topic.
That's the only way we can avoid threads on similar topics showing up on and off, once in a while.

Use PBN domains to build T1 to your T1 PBN. Highest quality domains for T1 and lower quality for T2. Also ONLY link one T1 link per PBN. So for example, you will have 10 domains that pointing only to one T1 site.
Never ever add multiple T1 links to your T2 sites. It's expensive, but it works. Don't even bother trying web2.0 or whatever else.. only backlinks you should build to your PBN are PBN links.
Build your T2 sites look like legit sites so it makes sense to have your T1 link there.
