Hi, Everyone. I have decided to make my own journey after reading so many Journeys

Background Info: I am a university droput from Indonesia. It has been 7 months since my e-commerce start having sale. Previously I try to sell online but fail two times due to unrealistic thinking. I forget how is my first venture already. In my second venture, I try to upload products in Instagram and have a naive belief that customers will just pop out looking for my products. Oops Doesn't work that way. Venture failed.

On my third venture. I still have amateur way of thinking. But this time I upload to local marketplaces (tokopedia). However this time customers do miraculously pooped out of nowhere (

) . Oh well starting from there, I slowly grow my business. I use bot made from Imacros to help me upload to more marketplaces as well as scraping products. I add more products from my uncles and aunties. I also ask for my Mom's employees help to answer customer queries and pay them per product sold. Meanwhile, I also do some accounting job for my mom

Around 4 months ago, I find and use Instagress to start developing IG accounts as well. It is around 1 more month before I migrate to Massplanner. I have some fun using Massplanner to play hide and seek with IG. However, although I have some success with IG (around 1 product per day), the growth is too slow due to many limitation caused by the nature of the blackhat method.

Around 2 months ago, I hire another person to help me do bookkeeping for my e-commerce venture.

For the near future, I plan to spend more money on advertising my products in marketplaces and in social media and Google. I have already spent some advertising money in marketplaces and met with some success. Now I am going to do the same to many channels. Meanwhile, I also start to learn using Java to build a better Bot. I am currently learning Selenium. If I met with roadblock, I hire an expert through Upwork for help and learn directly from expert how they solve the problem.

For my long-term plan, I am thinking of establishing offline store as well and expanding toward national scale and international scale for both my offline and online business (I wonder how long it takes? Will I even able to achieve in the first place? Haha)

Well, I guess that's it

Okay, some statistics for my daily sale:

Last saturday, I delivered 8 items

My online shop sell items ranging from $10-$120

By the way, I have tried FB ads for this past week and I have to say that they are expensive. I am going to spend less on FB ads and try to use some blogging to get organic audience. I have spend $40 in FB

Set this as your desktop wallpaper.

It's not about who's richest but who became rich through your current path. ie., e-Commerce. Wang Jianlin is a real estate developer.

Did you also expand to another online shop like bukalapak and olx? And why did you choose Tokopedia over another shops?

Nice journey here..
Where do you live? (You can PM it for privacy)
Can i dropship your stuff?

I think, keep the tokopedia or bukalapak as a main site.
Make the other site as some kind of free advertising place and send the traffic to your main shop.
