OP, if you want to make that kind of cash it depends on the market you are in. Labor always pays decent if you target the right niche. Construction work is in demand in the USA. Yardscape and maintenance pays well as long as you are willing to put in the work. As for survival niche, I would provide a tips and tricks blog on social media locally, then offer to do the work for the would be diyers for a nominal fee (with profit).
