How to target businesses on Instagram?

I'm looking for a way to advertise to businesses only using Instagram Ads.

Anybody figured out a way?

The Instagram App Ads options don't really offer a lot...

Please, that doesn't work. B2B is completely different.

If you want to target lawyers in New York, you don't buy shutouts.
You use FB Ad manager. You target based on previous conversions (who visited your site),
interest/professions, you create a look-a-like audience based on emails you scraped or purchase. You then do sponsored post to that specific audience and ONLY that audience.

That way, only sponsored posts go to those people and not some kid in Utah.

Instagram is good. I recently got a bunch of resumes through Instagram by super smart college kids that used FB ads to target me and my peers. They bought a list of emails and I was bombed with resumes masquerade as sponsored post on Instagram. Showed up as Instagram posts on my feed.

Ingenius! It went out to a dozen other of my peers at different companies as well.
