I've been using Priority for just over a year now, and I've never had an easier time managing my pbn's than with them.
None of my sites have been penalized, and they have all had a solid uptime.
One thing which separates Diplomat's service from other's such as easy blog, is they allow all plugins.
Which was the deal clincher for me.
If you have any experience of shared hosting, and your used to cpanel, and how easy it is, you'll feel right at home too.
Priority have all of the technical aspects covered, so you can host as many PBN's as you can handle here.
Have them seperate IP's or share a few of your ip's out over a few site's to keep your costs down.
It's all up to you easy to mange, and they accept paypal. They have to be the most cost friendly PBN providers's,
for what you get, and I would like to say support is great cause you never need any, lol
But I chat with Diplomat regularly, so it's all good.

That's very nice of you to say that. We are happy that you are enjoying our platform!
At this moment, we do not have any active promotions. Our service is already fairly cheap - you can host 10 websites only for $6.70 without limits and that's actually without any limits, we don't even limit your CPU usage etc.
You can always contact us and I'm very sure we will work something out.

I've been working with Diplomat for quite a while and been using a number of his services.
I can honestly say that PriorityProspect it's one of his best products and the quality and pricing for this is simply amazing.
I'm using this hosting service for months already and I never had a complaint.

We have a nice little update for you. We are move all existing clients to brand new hardware to speed up websites even more.
Here's the base configuration of our new cPanel servers:
2x E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz (32 cores)
64-256GB DDR4 ECC RAM
960 GB Enterprise Samsung SSDs in RAID 10 (up to 5TB RAID 10 storage)
10Gbit public and private connections
All new clients are automatically put into those new servers!
Our pre-birthday promotion is still active so it's the best time to start your new network!

We usually suggest people to use as many different DNS providers as possible. Using a registrar DNS is one option, but there are tons of DNS hosts out there.
With our service you can always use private nameservers next to registrar nameservers and DNS providers. You can also use Cloudflare or similar services if you wish to.

UPDATE TIME!
Since today, you are able to install SSL certificates to your domains. That's absolutely great news! Some of you Cloudflare users may remember that with Cloudflare you had to install a Wordpress plugin to fix all redirecting issues, but with our SSL service you don't need to do anything!
Installing a free SSL is extremely simple and you can do it in under 5 seconds! Free SSL is provided by Let's Encrypt system which is a certificate authority, trusted by most modern web browsers.
If you feel like that's not enough, you can always install a SSL certificate which is purchased from a SSL provider. If you already have a certificate you can install it a with few clicks. If you don't have a certificate for your domain just yet, you can generate a CSR (certificate signing request) and then install your certificate. We are keeping backups of your certificates and keys in an off-site backup, and all certificates are encrypted using 2048 bit encryption.
Please keep in mind that our security center feature is in beta state, and we are still testing it to make sure that service is 100% reliable. You can access it by going to your network view, choose your domain and click on "Actions". A link to "Security Center" will appear as the last option.
If you are installing software with HTTPS support, now you can do it directly from the "Software Installer" app. There's now a new option called "Protocol" which allows you to set your protocol to: http://, http://www., https://, https://www.

Just bought an IP and transferred over a wordpress install and domain name... so far so good! The wordpress tool worked quite well, though it kind of jacked some stuff up in my database, but for me, its not a big deal.
Can I add more sites to the IP? I tried adding another site to it and it wanted to charge me another 3.50 instead of .40. Or am I misunderstanding? Thanks, great service thus far.

Hey! Thank you for your order. You can add more websites to your IP address by going to "Billing", find your order in the "Orders" table and next to "View" button, there's a little arrow pointing down. Click on it and click "Upgrade". You will be sent to the next page where you can upgrade every IP of your order individually.
I strongly suggest you to use our official support channel https://support.priorityprospect.com to get help quickly. Also you should write to us how it jacked some stuff up in your database so we can take a look at it. By default, our transfer tool copies your database 1:1 and does not add or remove anything from it.

Thank you, I was able to add a second site to the ip
I wasn't asking for support - simply letting you know I had slight issues If you'd like, I'd be happy to contact support and/or send the mysql-import-errors.log. I remedied my situation by exporting my old database, creating a new one on my new IP, importing the old into the new, and changing my wordpress database connection settings to the newly created db. So again, for me it was no big deal, just letting you know
