It's 'real Looking followers", for comments/mentions are for the whole month.

I typically only like to post a single photo per day. So in that case would I get 25-30 comments on that single picture or would I just get the 5-6?

The limit is 4 photos a day.

And no, it's 5-6 comments per post. The likes, views and comments does not get accumulated and burst into just one post.
