So far, I have no complaints about the service. I did have a couple of fails on some of the first accounts I tested, but once I applied the OP recommendations that he sent me via Skype (quite prompt reply, just a couple of hours after I asked him), I have had only a couple of fails.
Taking into consideration the low cost of the service, and the very few problems I know encounter, I´d say that this is a good phone verification service. I don´t mean to sound disrespectful to any of my BH colleagues who have posted complaints on the thread, but seriously, why do everyone get so fucking mad and nervous when dealing with this kind of things??? The OP clearly states that the PayPal charge may take a couple of hours, and so far he is always willing to assist and detail the best procedures, so before trashing your own personal shit on this thread you first should try to ask him personally via Skype.

There is a support page with a ticket system that the OP directed me to. What is the point in a ticket system if they don't bother to respond? The only way for me to get my refund sorted out was to start a dispute, which is rather sad considering the low amount.
I didn't have a good experience. I should be able to make my experience known to others.

Well, I do also use the ticket system of certain services, but I´ve never done so with this kind of services. I have already used 4 different phone verification services and I always used Skype to contact support. For me, it just feels natural to always try Skype first if there is a chance to do so.
I don´t know about your particular dispute, neither about the amount due, but I´ve seen a couple of guys complaining and asking for a 2$, 4$ refund, which seems quite ridiculous in my opinion. I mean, if you regularly need to do any pv, eventually you will find some use for those 2$ credit you still have on your balance. This a really cheap service, no one can say a word about that. I just stated my own personal opinions in an elevated pitch cos nowadays more and more people tend to bullshit straightaway, and very few people bother to support and thank.

Jeez, that paypal payment is slower than a turtle here... Never had such problems ever before, even tho, I am using different Russian services for ages. 5 hours and counting, still no money n account lol

If payment didn't comed, create ticket. Maybe, you are maked something wrong, and for this reason, payment didn't comed.

Is this service working for G accounts currently?
I tried a couple weeks ago and G wouldn't accept any number I tried, all other numbers worked for other services I needed just fine though.

Been using SMSPVA for over a year and have generally had a very good experience with them.
I use them for all my PVA needs!
One thing I'd like to mention though:
I mainly create Google accounts and it IS true that the proxy matters a lot (if you use a good proxy the number will be accepted).
HOWEVER; it is also true that if you use a good number (I mean a European), it will generally be accepted as well, regardless of the proxy quality.
