I wouldn't bother unless you live in a country where copyright laws are relaxed. Your site will only end up being deleted from either Google search or your web hosting company.

You'd have to be more specific.
Which country are you from?
Do you have the copyrights to publish the movies?
What's your intention on creating the movie streaming site? Collecting data? Displaying ads with adsense etc.? Or charging a fee for people to stream the movies?
How do you intend to mask yourself and prevent yourself in getting into law trouble?

It's often ironic how people who "want to make money on the internet plz" can't be bothered to search for information that are already made available

I built a movie site that works with a script that automatically added the movies with imdb's api, with another script that automatically searches for the movie title and embed the video.
That is, you do not have to do anything, you do not have to add movies manually, you do not have to worry about links by the DMCA Takedowns, you just need to promote and create backlinks.
I could sell this theme and make a lot of money, since the site has ALL existing movies and TV series, but I do not think it's right since all the information I needed to build I found only the main topics on this site.
